General Pricing
Our base rate for a full inspection, including a detailed report, is $325 for a condo. For most single-family homes, the cost usually ranges from $400-$550, depending on square footage.
At AllStar Inspection Services, we also offer ancillary services upon request of a home inspection. For instance; Radon testing, mold sampling, sewer scope, lead based paint, etc.
Infrared Imaging is included for free with a full inspection.
We understand the importance of timely information in the home buying or selling process. Our team is committed to accommodating your scheduling needs and providing essential details as quickly as possible to help bridge any gaps.
If you find a comparable inspection service from a reputable company, we are happy to match their price (depending on situation).
As a token of our appreciation, we offer a 10% discount for veterans on the inspection fee.
Please note that a cancellation fee of $125 will apply if notice is given less than 24 hours prior to the appointment.
