For example, real knowledge of construction first hand, understanding of the inspection and building industry, the ability to see both sides of the fence in every situation, with consistency providing thorough inspections. I have the privilege of inspecting many Historic and Agricultural buildings throughout the city of Boulder and open space- OSMP (helping preserve the existing structures and landscape) in conjunction with "regular" inspections for years now. I'm eager to be of service, help, answer questions, and be a solid source of information for you and the properties in mind! It's been over 10 years since I started inspecting and every day is exciting when you love what you do. In Colorado (and some other states) there's no requirement for a license. I hold 2 licenses and an advanced structure certification for new home construction. Bottom line is it allows me to serve you better! Any type (single family, condo, custom, commercial, historic, and agricultural). We do new home construction (pre-drywall, final walk-through, 11 month builder warranty, etc.), and inspect for the many problems that a building may have. General Pricing
Full inspection with report: 325 is the rate of a condo. Most homes are (single family) between $399-550 dollars depending on the square footage. Our inspections include a written report that you will receive around 24 hours (sometimes up to 48) after the time of the inspection. We will work with timelines and scheduling once we speak. We care about providing crucial information in somewhat hurried timelines needing everything as soon as possible, and help bridge the gaps in the process of buying or selling a home.
Walk and talk (no report) or limited inspections- partial inspections (finding a certain issue like moisture intrusion, leaks, checking for water damage, specialized structural assessment, or other time focused on your needs). $225 is the baseline for an appointment and up to an hour and a half of time. This window of time allows me to inspect the 'big ticket' items (roof/HVAC/structure/plumbing/etc.). This can help bring the cost down from a full inspection if needing a special or limited inspection to a specific system(s).
We can match the competition's price if you find another reputable company but of course it depends on the situation.
We Give A Veteran Discount of 10% off to show our appreciation (applied to the inspection fee).
There will be a cancellation fee of $125 if given less than 24 -hours notice.
